The Discussion Forums have three specific components for generating and hosting a global dialogue on peace in conflict cities.  The "Featured Voices" are articles by invited professionals and academics to draw out larger common themes about cities in conflict, peace, conflict resolution, and urban issues.  In "Invited Views from Conflict Cities," people share their own personal experiences of the challenges of living in their city and new hopes they have for peace.  It presents an on-the-ground view of the situation.

Both "Featured Voices" and "Invited Views from Conflict Cities" have corresponding discussion threads in "Open Discussions" so that people can discuss the issues presented and contribute their own ideas and experiences.  The "Open Discussions" is a place for community members to dialogue about presented themes and create their own their own topics to discuss.
